Over 8 weeks, we will be igniting many different aspects of your divine inner being.
More specifically, we will be:
Week 1: Sparking Connection
Connection to self, to your truth which is beautifully and perfectly you – to the forgotten aspects of you, to the magic of your being. If you are tired of going around in circles, tired of wanting more, then chances are you are living on the surface, disconnected from your truth. Together, we will help you connect back into the divine wholeness of your being.
Week 2: Sparking Truth
The truth is that every aspect of you, your perceived strengths and weaknesses, your achievements and mistakes, your joys and your hurts, your confidence and your fears or blocks hold your truth and deserve to be honoured. Through gentle but powerful processes, we will hold space for your fears, limiting beliefs and blocks to come to rise to the surface for love and acceptance
Week 3: Sparking Release & Healing
Together we will support the release of what no longer serves you. The release of your fears, blocks and limiting beliefs that may be seemingly holding you back. This is a week for releasing and healing.
Week 4: Sparking Clarity + Purpose
We will connect into our divine inner spark and dream up a new reality; one that is in alignment with our soul’s calling and our truth. You will be given tools to help you dream, both practical and mystical. This is a beautiful, joyful and enlightening process leading you to clarity and a renewed sense of purpose.
Week 5: Sparking Joy
Take a moment to imagine pure joy flowing through you. It’s something quite rare to experience in our world today, and yet, it’s inside of you waiting to be ignited. Life is energy. And when we live out our truth, we open the door to vibrancy and vitality. This week, we help you integrate joy into your life every day, and allow transformation to flow from there.
Week 6: Sparking Commitment
True transformation comes from making a deep soul commitment to living out the fullness of who you are. A commitment to change made with the head will remain disconnected. We help you integrate your vision and renewed sense of clarity with your heart through a powerful soul commitment ceremony that is reverend and real.
Week 7: Sparking Surrender
We will go through a process of supporting you to surrender and trust in the process of life. Probably one of the most freeing experiences is to surrender. To trust. To let go. To live in the present moment. This is what true flow is. This is when you feel inspired. When life becomes “easy” and synchronicities start happening. This is when you experience true freedom, and open yourself up to abundance.

Sometimes we find it hard to stay connected and in-tune. With a series of creative visualisations and journey work, not only will we help you tap into hidden gems inside of you, but we will also take you on beautiful journeys of self-discovery through gentle but powerful visualisations.
Intention Setting
We will go through processes to help you get clear on what your intentions are for life. This is your life, and the truth is that often we don’t get in touch with our dreams, desires and aspirations which means we simply float through life from one year to the next. Through the power of intention setting we will help you get clear on what it is you want and help you to step into your truth.
Mindset principles
We will offer positive mindset tools and support to help you not only work through the 8 weeks, but beyond. These mindset principles will be anchored into and integrated within you so that you can continue to practice them once our time together comes to an end.
Journalling
Journalling is a power way of unravelling the seemingly never-ending thoughts and feelings that flow through you on an going basis. We will work through different journaling processes as we move through the program, and allow journaling to help you get even more clarity and connection.
Coaching
Nicky Hartel will coach and guide you through this transformation. With healing comes change, but it also can bring up many emotions. Often there is a break-down before there is a break-through. Nicky will be there to coach and support you so that you are able to move through the transformation and step confidently into your truth.

Weekly Workbooks and Exercises
Every week you will be emailed a workbook with exercises linking to the transformational topic of the week, helping you with practical exercises and supporting you in cementing the process.
Facebook Group
A sacred and safe space of connection and sharing. A place for community. This container will also provide another platform for you to receive support and guidance.. Most importantly though, it provides a safe space for all of us to connect and grow together.
